REMOLDABLE SPLINT

Gone are the days of bearing heavy POP Splints after orthopedic procedures. Gone are the days of dirty & messy procedures rooms due to use of POP. Surgiwear has developed re-moldable splint for the first time in India. G- Splints are very light comfortable and firm. G-Splints will remain aesthetically appealing even after long use.. Molding of G-Splints is a clean procedure.

G-Splint is made of special plastic.These splints can be softened by immersion in hot water or by use of hot air from hair dryer. Temperature required is 70-90 degree Celcius. Splints can be easily cut when soft.

Apply stockinet before applying splint. Hot splint shuold not be molded directly on skin. Remember not to keep splint in hot water for long time. The splints may loose shape and size.

Surgiwear has all the facilities under one roof, sheet manufacturing, shape cutting by CNC machines and hole punching & molding.

G-Splint can be reused several times. Thus saving in cost. Shapes & sizes currently available are mentioned here. To order mention the name of splint with size. Special shapes & sizes are possible. To order special size/shape send a shape drawn on a sheet of paper.
